2018 November Dances tech reheasal
These photos are a bit different from my usual dance photos. At a tech rehearsal the dancers are not as polished with respect to make-up and costumes as they are in a dress rehearsal or performance. Because I was not expecting to be able to use any of these photos to deliver to the Duke Dance Program, I tried sitting on the stage. The result was that I had a different point of view, greater proximity to the dancers, and lighting that was different than the lighting designer expected people to see.
